Hi,

I've posted one blog article so far (no sale) and have another much longer article I'm interested in posting, but it's been accepted for publication on an on-line magazine. I just want to make sure before I submit it to CC that it is okay with CC to submit it and try to sell it for usage rights only.

If it is okay, how do I let CC know that it's been published elsewhere, so they won't think I plagarized?

I'm not getting paid by the e-zine and their guidelines say nothing about rights. To my knowledge, when rights are not specified, all rights remain with the writer. Am I right?

If the article is credited with same byline you use for CC, no action is needed.

If you have used another name for the article that is already published, please enter this information in the short summary field and remove it after approval.
