I'm curious to see if the slew of oddly-grouped sales today are bogus or not.

I don't think so, it looks like those articles are all related... and one of them was mine and my account has been credited so that's a good sign.

Right, I didn't see the Michelle Obama one, but she has been a requested topic as of late. No Doubt just announced they are doing a reunion tour, and the SEO articles look like they were bought in a batch and the home based business articles too..

I'm hoping for the best, but take a look at the time stamps. The ones I mentioned were all bought by the same user in the same minute. Sure, some of those topics are hot, but I have a hard time imagining one site that would utilize Obama, No Doubt, SEO articles AND humorous ones. Weird combo.

I still think you're looking at a different time group. There are two other groups of articles bought at the same time that do have a connection to each other.

The stolen content in the past has always similarly been content with no unified theme.

Hopefully the batch in question is legit. Many of my regular customers have completely unrelated websites. Ex #1: insurance, boating, christian movies. Ex #2: computer training, candy, weddings, wheels. So, you can't be too sure. Also, webmasters often work for multiple clients, so it's possible the customer is working on several projects at once.

I hope I'm wrong, Celeste. I may be over-analyzing because of the similarities with the last few incidents.

At least one of the articles you mentioned in this batch was from a best offer - you can tell by finding the article in the search engine (usage licences only) and looking at the price on it, which means the customer took the time to make an offer and waited for the author to respond before purchasing the articles in a batch. I think you can relax.
