I got a message in my email that one of my articles had sold. Then today I noticed that it was not under "my recently sold content." Did the buyer decide that it was not what they wanted? Can they "return" articles?

They do have a few days to "return" the work if they decide it's not what they want after all.

A few days ago I got a second double notice of my work that had sold several days before. Perhaps this is what happened to you.

Or sometimes the payment turns out to be fraudulent. We had a recent rash of those, but Support has been working on it. I'm sure someone else will be interested in it if one person was. :)
