Not Receiving E-mails

For those of us not receiving emails from cc, can you give us some expectation for fixing the problem? For me, it's been almost a month since receiving anything from cc. Not receiving Requests is the biggest problem.

I guess my question is, can I expect this to be fixed soon or will it stay as it is until the new site is up or...?

I have contacted Support a couple of times in the past. I know you're all so busy (YEAH) but when you have a few minutes, just a few words about what I can expect will be helpful.

Chris posted somewhere that he's hoping to have this fixed sometime in the next week, I believe. I know it's an inconvenience, as the editors are not receiving any notifications either. Please have patience. There's lots going on at CC right now. Thanks, AA
