Can I use bullet points in an article for submission?

It's OK, I just found the answer in a previous post!

When using them:

1) Don't indent

2) Add two spaces between each one.

3) Use them sparingly. (Try not to add too many unless a customer requests them)

The reason for the third, in my opinion, is that an article with five paragraphs and four large bullet lists are more like a technical report. Sometimes blog articles have more than a few, but I'd err on the side of caution.
