I have a public request, received May 8th, called 'Regarding Houseplants' but I can't see it listed in the requested content - would be surprised if it's expired already, so has it just been overlooked?

I believe the customer has already made the purchase. It's not unusual for customers to then close the request.

If you've already written an article for this, just submit it as normal. It can be showcased until someone else decides to buy it.
