Can I say "This is part of a series," in the short summary? The piece is too long for one article, so I'm writing a series with two-part titles which read something like this, Blah Blah Blah Business, For the Blah (profession) Only the profession will change, so just the last word in each title. Is this allowed in the summary when offering a series?

Sure, just as long as the articles can act as stand-alone pieces if customers happen to purchase them separately.
