Question About Content Licenses

A customer bought full rights to one of my articles, entitled 'Avoiding Online Scams: What you Should Know. However, it isn't showing up in my account as being paid. Is this a bug in the system or something else entirely? Thanks for your time and consideration!

If you go to "Licenses for Content" you'll see if the order is being processed - which it likely is. Sometimes orders take a few days to process. Alternatively, sometimes customers put articles in their shopping basket and forget to remove them if they've changed their mind.

The article entitled, 'Avoiding Online Scams-What You Should Know',says it was purchased and paid for on 11-20-06 at 05:47:47 for full rights of $35.00, however it is still not showing up in my account balance. It doesn't state that the order is being processed, it says that it was paid. Can you help me with this please? And if it is still in the customer's shopping cart why does it say paid for? Is there anyway for you to check this?

I wasn't sure what to do so I thought it best to visit the board here. Thanks in advance for your time and consideration in this matter.

I wrote to tech support on the 27th of November, and I have yet to hear back from them about this matter. Is there anything at all I can do at this point? Thanks again for your consideration and time.
