In the Recently Sold Articles list, the same article about creating a website was just sold twice in a row, both full rights licenses. What's up?

That happens sometimes (like when a customer pays through PayPal, the transaction gets stuck, and then the customer pays using a credit card). When this has happened to me in the past, the issue has been been resolved promptly. I believe it's just a reporting glitch, but I don't know for sure. Hopefully CC's on it and will make sure that the transaction is billed properly for everyone involved.

I had the same article sell twice for full rights to what appears to be two different buyers on two different days. I posted about it, but never received a follow up.
