Constant Content

I was just checking an article and found that under "My Content" it shows 1 license sold, when I go into edit to see stats it says 1 license sold, but when I go to "My Sales" it doesn't show up there. What's up with that? Is this an article that didn't complete the sale or credit card rejected? Just wondering whether I sold some content or not. Thanks in advance to anyone who knows what this means and can answer!

Usually, sales will show up in the My Sales page. Check if any money is appearing on the Edit My Account page, as this indicates the money that will paid to you from CC at the start of each month. Whether anything is showing there or not, I suggest you contact Support by clicking on the Contact Us button at the top of the webpage when you are logged in. You should get an email box with an Author problem as the subject line. Give Support all the details, like the name of the article, where it is showing sold, and where it isn't. I've found Support extremely helpful in these kinds of issues.
