Hi Everybody,

Being new to CC, I just wanted to know that once an article is submitted to a customer for a public request, does the customer get to see the entire article or only the one third summary?

As far as I know, the customer only sees what you enter in the content details box (one third summary) before they part with their cash. Most authors put more than one third in there - enough to encourage buyers. If I'm responding to a request I put all of it in there, and then edit out part of the content details if it hasn't been purchased before being showcased. You may have noticed that you can't copy the text but some dastardly people have found a way around that and stolen the words. Customers do, of course, have a return option if they find something doesn't suit them. I don't think it happens very often. It's never happened to me.
