Constant Content

Up to now, I have used family members to proofread an critique my work. However as I write more and more, I find that they can't get back to me as soon as I would like. It may take weeks even before they find the time to review my work. I'm wondering if there is an easy, quick way to have my work proofread and / or critiqued. I don't want to post it anywhere public to avoid future publishing rights conflicts.

Anyone have any suggestions?
