Do I put "for a public request" in the summary?

Hi all. Since the three day time frame to allow a public requester first chance on an article keeps the article that has been submitted from showing up to anyone else, should that be stated in the summary of the article so that Ed knows?

No. When you submit an article to a public request, there's now a field that you will mark. Once you place a mark in the Public Request box, then you'll see a dropdown list. Choose the request that matches and the article will automatically be routed to the appropriate customer upon approval. Cool, huh?

Indicating that an article is for a public request in the short summary might signify to another potential buyer that the article is already spoken for in the event that the original customer does not make the purchase and releases it into the pool of articles that are available to all customers. Better to leave this information out. After all, it doesn't matter who makes the purchase, and if the original customer isn't interested, someone else may be.

Thanks for the reply Ed. It's always a plus to hear it directly from the "horse's mouth", in other words, the one with the final word on things.
