Question regarding public requests

Post by Lysis »

again...lol

Not to single annnnny jobs out, but sometimes requests come in way too low to what I charge per word. My question is - can I write under the word count requested for a job? Yeah, I know the client may reject or not buy it due to word count, but my thoughts are that I am willing to write 300 words for that price, so maybe I'll submit a lower word count for the price range and the buyer will like it. Will the article be rejected for not being within the word range?

Thank you in advance!

I don't generally look at work count when reviewing articles for requests. While I think it's important to honor the customer's criteria for the article, the fact is that some writers will need to use more words, and some less, to create the best article that they can on the subject.
