I can login to the forum but not the author's site. I want to submit more articles but I can't sign in. I have emailed them several times and no one has gotten back to me. What can I do?

As far as we know we have responded, but we need more info on your issue as well as your penname before we can look into anything.

I can not login either and when I try to retrieve my password it says neither email is on file. I only use two passwords and neither of them work.
