Question about Usage Attribution...Help!!

I recently sold an article on constant content, under the "usage" license.

I found the article published by the customer on the Internet with no byline or attribution for me!

What can I do?

The article was posted on some site and it said By: <username>, with whatever his username was...

You will have to contact Support with this problem.

Did you include your byline in the file itself? Sometimes it becomes difficult for customers to know how to properly attribute purchased work if the author has not included a byline on the article itself.

No, I checked that, it did not have my name in the body. I had to change my pen name on here (CC support) because it was my user name rather than my name...
