Will a potential customer be able to contact me to request that I re-tool a particular article to better fit their needs? Are there any adjustments I need to make in my Account Settings to make this possible?

Clients can contact us by clicking our pen names on any article posted. The name links to our profile pages where there's a "Contact the Author" button. So, if a customers sees an article of yours that is almost perfect but he'd like you to add a little more, he can click your name and send you a note.
