I want to change some information in my article. Do I have to delete it first, make the changes and resubmit? I understand how to change the summary, but there's no option to change the article too.

Yep. You have to delete the submission, make the change to the actual document, and resubmit. I usually put a note to Ed in the short summary saying that the article was previously approved and then noting where the changes were made such as "added a paragraph about X - third paragraph." That way Ed doesn't have to re-read the whole article, just the changed paragraph.
