Article link featured on blog without permission

I found one of my recently purchased (rights only) articles linked on the homepage of someone's blog. The link goes to the legitimate site that just purchased it. Is this blogger infringing on my copyrights if he is linking only? He doesn't take credit for the article, but his whole front page is strictly links to other articles. Isn't this some form of self-promotion, since it draws people to his site?

Thanks,
Linda

I don't thinks so. I believe anyone can link to an article without infringing on copyright so long as the article itself has been posted according to the rights purchased. If the customer wants to link to an article on his blog from another site, he can. Likewise so can anyone else so long as it's just a link.
