Multiple Category Article?

Hello once again!
Time for the more stupid questions from Jake segment.
If I wrote an article that clearly falls into two categories, is their a proper submission procedure.
For example, I wrote an article about cooking, that included much humor. This clearly could be marketed as humor or cooking. While most of my work is quite dry, I wrote this to attempt to be funny(I need a great deal of work in this department).
Can we submit for multiple categories?
