A public request customer would like to send me some Excel, PDF and word documents that I will need to use to fulfil his request. Is there somewhere he can attach these files so I can download them, and if not how else would I be able to obtain this information without breaching CC's terms and conditions?

He can email them to support and ask that Support forwards the attachments to you. This doesn't happen often, but when it does, support can help.
