Full Rights license question

Hello, thank you for checking this. I understand that once a Full Rights license is sold, the author becomes a ghostwriter and her/his work can be altered at will by the purchaser. My question is this: if an author offers an article for sale with a Full Rights license, can that article be sold multiple times?

Any articles that sell for unique or full rights licenses can only be sold once. If you wish to sell an article more than once, you'll need to use the usage license.
