Changing my Email to Different Inbox

How can I go about changing the email address to which I receive notices from CC? The durn thing doesn't want to let me in! I'm tired of fighting with it and I would like to switch it to my other address so I can keep getting notices from CC. Thanks so much!

Yeah,

I tried that and so far it has not been done. I've sent four emails and have been waiting since January 8th.

Any other suggestions?

Things are happening at a delayed pace here at CC due to the new site. There is nothing more you can do but wait until your request has been attended to.

No, it hasn't. I got email to that original address today and not the new one. Plus, it still lists the old address on my account page.

I don't know why you see that it has been changed, because it is not showing the change on MY end.

I've tried to be patient, but after two weeks I feel that I have waited long enough. This is very frustrating.
