'Waiting' Status on 04/09 sale?

I have an article that shows a status of 'waiting' in my articles. Could you please tell me what this means and why it has taken so long to resolve? Thanks.

Contact support. That's happened to me too. The last time, after a week, it was cleared, but it sounds like a little boo-boo.
