Do you have to pay/claim taxes on earnings made on Constant Content in the UK?

Afraid so, if your income is more than your personal allowance, making you a tax payer.

I'm in the UK and I have to count my earnings towards my total (freelance) income. Last time I checked, the personal allowance is around the £6k mark but is going up slightly in 2010 (sure someone can confirm that) so if you earn more than that, you'll have to pay tax. If you're doing freelance writing around a full-time job, you'll probably need to register as self-employed with HMRC even if you don't expect to earn much as they'll class it as self-employed earnings.
