another email blurp

I noticed someone had a problem writing CC to change their email address, and so have I. I have written twice in two weeks and still not changed. Could I please get this fixed? Thanks!

You can email support or you can post your change request here, my guess is you asked durning the site change and the email was lost.

Try replying to a constant-content email with the request.

It took a while for mine to get changed because they thought it had been done (which was understandable because I was asking my current email to be changed to the my paypal email address). Not to mention my request came before the site went down, and that delayed making a new request.

Once they realized the error, it was taken care of quickly. Like within a day.

I will email them again, I can not respond to an email because I switched from dsl to cable, and I no longer have access to the other account, which is where all the emails are going.

Thanks for the respone, and as I said, I will email them again incase it got misplaced.

That could be your problem.

The first time I emailed them they responded asking me what to change it to.

Make sure you check your spam folder--constant content emails always get marked as spam for me the first time until I mark them as safe.
