Article titles with questions

If I'm considering naming an article, say, "Do I Need Glasses? Advice for the Severely Myopic" what's the best punctuation to use between the main title and subtitle?

Can I just use the question mark? I've seen a colon following the question mark, but that doesn't look right to me. I'd like to keep the main title as a question. The article is written in 2nd person, not 1st, so that's not the issue, but if guidelines (or good writing) require that the title be in 2nd person as well, please let me know.

Recommendations?
