Have I done Something to Offend?

I posted with others in the beginning of January who had not received a payment in December (the discussion has since been removed) and was told to contact support with my pen name because apparently my account wasn't showing. I did this. I have heard nothing and still have no payment. I emailed using the contact form on the site and from my personal email address also. I am receiving article requests from CC but nothing else. My account indicates $60.29 due with last payment indicating 'not yet'. Does anybody else know how I can get in contact to find out what the status of the problem is? I have since sold another article and I would like to know what to expect.

I know the site has been updated (it looks GREAT) and that accounts for not getting an answer but I see that the forum questions are being answered so I thought I'd post here again.

I feel certain staff is on overload and has been for the last month or more getting the upgraded site ready. Hang in there--I'm sure they will straighten things out. Since my earliest days with the site they have been very attentive and positive.

I know the writers have been busy pointing out the bugs and glitches--including me! I would imagine, though, that priority 1 is getting the customer side operating smoothly. They know what they're doing though & I'm sure they will respond to your post and get things straightened out as soon as they can.

You're all set, looks like you were right at the $50 threshold and were over looked last month. Sorry for the delay.
