Hi,

I have an article for sale with usage rights only and have had a buyer make an offer for it which is considerably lower than the asking price.

If I accept the offer and sell at the lower price, will this set a new price for the article or can I continue to list it at the original price?

Also, how can I negotiate? There seems to be only 3 choices; accept, decline or waiting.

Also, If I accept, is the article still available on the market while I wait to get the sale confirmed? This is an article sold for usage rights only, remember

I decided to jump the gun & accept the offer. The buyer bought and just caught the payroll.

I see that the article is still listed at the old price so I have answered my questions, I guess.
