My article has not been approved as yet

Post by flo2008 »

Hello,

I submitted my article on 8th Jan but till now the same has not been approved. My previous 2 articles were approved in 2 days.
Can the Ed tell me why there has been a delay in reviewing my article ?

Thanks and regards.

This isn't unusual. Review time varies depending on how many articles Ed goes through on any given day. I've had articles that took a week or so to get approved and some that took less than a few hours (not a public request), so you'll just need to be patient.

Public and private requests get priority review. It can take time to get to the spec submissions if Ed gets busy. There is only one Ed and thousands of writers.

Thanks for the responses I received. The article I have written matches a public request. So what should
I do in order to get my article approved sooner ? Do I have to send a message to "Contact". Please help.

Regards

Unless you use the request system, the article cannot be given priority. You were directed to information about our request system in a previous post.

Thanks,

If your submission hasn't been approved yet, delete it and then resubmit and indicate that it is for a public request in the first field of the submission form. Once identified as a public request submission, it should go through the review process more quickly.

CC has a video showing you exactly how to submit an article to a public request on its Help page:

http://www.constant-content.com/about/help.htm

Go there and scroll down. The video is the second video.
