Help with deleting my affiliate referral name

I had to re-register in the forum (I had trouble doing that), and by accident, somehow my name Susan Wiener (Susie1) is now listed as an "Affiliate referral." Can I delete it, or can admin. delete it? I don't know how that hapened. I'm sorry and really appreciate it.
