When public requests are sent what might we use the "reply" button for? Would we really communicate with the buyer? I have just been submitting through the submit area, not replying.

As long as you're submitting the article and selecting the corresponding public request during the submission process, you do not need to use the reply button. CC automatically notifies the customer when your article is accepted. The only time you might need to use the reply button is when you have a question or when you have an existing article that might fit the requester's needs.

Hi, this button is configurable. It appears along with a customer's request and allows us to ask questions if needed.
