Capitalization

I've seen beluga caviar and Beluga caviar, even Beluga Caviar.
Thinking it's a region I had it capitalized, then seeing it elsewhere not capitalized I got confused.
Can anyone tell me whether I should capitalize Beluga Caviar or not?
Thanks in advance.

Beluga is the name of the fish whose eggs are processed into caviar, hence beluga caviar. No need to capitalize beluga or caviar.

Thank you Jane. I changed it three times, now I can't remember what the last change was!
