Good Morning,
I received the following email and I'm not quite sure what it means:
"You have a new message on Title:
editorial staff is currently reviewing will contact you soon.
You can answer this message by going on to "Requested Content" section
after you login."
Anybody know what this means? Thanks.

Oops I forgot to add that I've looked at the request section and found nothing there.

Maybe a potential buyer is reviewing something you submitted?

Try looking under the various requests that you posted links to. I've noticed the messages posted under the public area generate an email however there's no indication who sent it or an alert on the page. You have to dig a little but you'll find it.

I found the request with this message:
"From: Requester
Message: editorial staff is currently reviewing will contact you soon."
Is this normal procedure? I'll keep checking email and here and hopefully the mystery will be solved. Thanks for your input.

Sounds like it's the Requester's editorial staff who is examing the article not CCs....

I got the same thing -- look under the request for the Medicare Part D. That is who sent it to me.
