Hi!

I'm new here and just sold my first article. But I don't get the "Licenses for your content" page.

It shows two order numbers. One has a name of the buyer and it says paid/purchased. The other shows suppoert as buyer and says processing/unpaid.

What does that mean? Two buyers? Or one buyer and CC it processing my payment. Is one order # from the buyer to CC and the other from CC to me?

Sorry if this is a dumb question. For some reason this site is a little confusing to me.

It seems to be fixed now. I still don't know why it waslike that but it seems to be all better now.
