Question, please re article submission

To anyone here,

I'm having trouble submitting my articles. It gets up to where it says next step and then when I'm about to put in the entire article the page comes up and says article submitted successfully, but I haven't entered it in its entirety. Second time this happened. If I delete it and try to submit it again, it says title has been registered. Any help would really be appreciated.
