Help Please! I have looked for specific information regarding the use of actual quotation marks in the articles and I really cannot find anything that specifically states that it is allowed or not. Do the references to those quotes only go at the end of the article under a heading such as "Bibliography?"
Anyone who can shed some light on this subject for me is a forever an angel. Thanks
