OK, I wrote an article, and I realized it met the description for a requested content piece, however an older one. So I submitted a QandA to that person, and then the next time I looked at requested content, that request had moved to a private request, with a triangle and an exclamation point. what does that mean?

Hi! I think that a glitch in the system moves a request up to private request whenever you post a comment, such as alerting the customer that you have an article that pertains to the topic, that remains unanswered. I had several move up ( with the triangle and exclamation point as you mentioned). I've learned to ignore them. Sorry that I could not give you a definite answer as this is only suppositon on my part.

I'm pretty new to the site myself, but as nearly as I can tell, that's a glitch in the system...I don't think it really means anything. I've had some requests move to the 'Private' section when I just posted questions there...like I said, I think it's a glitch. Good luck selling the article, though!
