Extended "waiting" status

I have an article that has now been in "waiting" status for at least two weeks. ("Waiting" as in an incomplete sale, not waiting for approval.) I contacted support about it a few days ago but haven't gotten a response. Has two weeks become normal? If so, okay, but it seems like a long time to have an article out of circulation without an actual sale. Can anybody (especially Support) comment on this?

I'd contact Support again. 2 weeks does seem excessive, and that way they can give some insight into what happened.
