Does Constant Content Cover Paypal fees?
Paypal charges a fee of 3% on all received transactions? Does Constant Content cover these fees?

Back before the Mass Payments move, the PayPal fees were a problem. Back then, the PayPal fees came out of the writers' pockets. For some of us, those fees really added up. CC used to pay writers who made over $500 per month via wire transfer in order to avoid excessive fees just to get paid. Fortunately, with the move to Mass Payments, this is no longer necessary.
