Hey guys, maybe you can help me out.

I was going through my "My Content" file this morning when I noticed something I hadn't seen before. Most articles have a status of "review," "sold" (yay!), and "view." But I saw one had a status of "waiting." Does anybody know what that means?

It means either one of two things:

1. A buyer put your article in his cart and hasn't gone through the payment process.
2. A buyer put your article in his cart and paid but his payment is still being processed (e.g., he paid with eCheck).

If it's been more than a week and you still see your article in waiting status, contact support to have your article released to the public pool and be available to other buyers.

I WONDERED if that was it! But it kind of surprised me because that dang article has had not a single hit since I posted it ... UNTIL TODAY.

Now is that crazy or what!!
