Bio Images and Email

Hi Everyone,

I just made a sale (yay!) and the customer has contacted me asking for a short bio and an image which she can publish next to my article in her magazine. I've sent her the bio through CC, but it seemed that sending an image this way was impossible.

I understand that contacting clients directly is out of the question and therefore I have invited her to simply save and use the image I have on my profile. Is this acceptable copywright wise, or should I find other means of sending over a profile image to be published?
