Hey folks --
I turned in a private request the other day. The requester asked for some changes, which I made this morning. But then I went to send the article back to her, I clicked on "Private Request" for both the "Category" and for the "Is This For a Requests?" thingys, and a little message came back saying, "There are no private requests available."
The choices don't seem to include "A private request which has already been turned in but is being sent back after having been rewritten."
Dude! How do I fix this one?
Melinda.

The request may have expired. You can ask the customer to extend the expiration date by going to your inbox and finding the "new private request" message and replying to it. I would still submit the article even without the submission link. ONce approved, you can then use the inbox system, again by finding the original message or one of your existing messages with the customer, and provide the customer with a link to the article.

Thanks! I did just as you said.

And for future reference (for any of you who might be doing a search on this topic), write your explanatory note to Ed in the "Short Summary" space on the article submissions page, because this makes things a little quicker for him.
Thanks again, Celeste, for your handy dandy info!
