Should I be removing prices on articles that have all ready sold for use or is it ok if someone purchases the article for full rights after it's been sold for usage? Is the buyer aware that it's been sold for usage? I just want to make sure that a recent sale is ok and all is kosher.

The buyer should know because the listing shows how many times it's been purchased. They may not care and may want to change it anyway. I wouldn't worry about it - let the buyer decide!
