HELP

I'm attempting to submit an article for a public request that was posted yesterday and expires tomorrow, but in the submission page where I'm asked to select the public request it's for the request I'm attempting to respond to is not an option. What do I do??

In another thread folks were talking about public requests no longer being available. What sometimes happens is the customer changes her mind about requesting or gets enough submissions and cancels the request. If it's not available as an option in your submission panel, it's probably not open anymore.

You're not the only one upset--I think the customer may have changed her mind or something. Sorry there's no better answer.
