Help! Being spammed by customers

I don't know if I'm the only one to experience this, but recently I've been getting a high number of spam emails from the following customers:

Poliektovacqeh1
Alexxborn
Politaalirane

I'm sent an email to support about the last one of these (as he/she was the worst offender). Anyone else had the same experience? Wish there was a way of filtering customers to remove nasty spammers!

I too have gotten several emails through the private message feature. One was someone who wanted me to buy their articles to post on here - as if I'd actually do that. At the time I didn't do anything about it because my internet connection only allows my household 425 megabytes per day before it slows me down to under 56 kbps.

I've had legitimate requests from customers. They've asked me to submit articles through the regular system, and they'd buy them. (They didn't submit a public request.)

Report any that seem suspect to you. Support can then determine messages are indeed spam. If so, they'll take appropriate action.
