Long time no see, guys.

Simple question here... how do you send a message to a customer who doesn't contact you first? A friend of mine on here wants to make a counter-offer via private message on an offer she received, but she can't find how to do so and it's been a while since I was familiar with the CC interface. A little help would be much appreciated. Thanks so much!

If it's for a public request, you can message the buyer through a link in the request. As far as I know there is no other way to contact customers - unless something has changed since the last time I was more active.

A number of authors have asked for a negotiating facility in the offers area, so I'm sure it's on the CC to do list somewhere.
