Question about "Waiting" Status

Hi,

I have an article that has been sitting in "waiting" status for months now. Does this mean the person who was going to buy it hasn't paid? Can I get this confirmed as a sale or returned to available article status please?

You need to contact support about this. I just did that for one that was waiting for a cuple of weeks and it's now back in the pool.
