I have a question. I have much of my Suite101 content listed on CC (all over 1 year old, of course) and I also have my own PLR/Content site I am working on. My question is, can I offer articles I have for usage rights here for sale on my own site as well or is that a breech of contract? Anyone else do this or have any advice?

The articles belong to you, so you can sell them to anyone however you'd like.

For articles offered for usage sale only at CC you can offer them for sale or use them elsewhere.

If you are offering Full Rights here you should not offer rights to that article elsewhere for sale at all. Imagine for example you got and accepted an offer to sell rights to an article over on your own site. Meanwhile before you get to CC to change the offer someone buys full rights on CC for the same article. You just sold something on CC that you no longer have the rights to sell. Keep life simple. Write more articles and post them for sale in different places.

Thanks, I only wondered about usage rights, I was not going to offer anything I offer here for full or unique rights.
