Minimum character limit

What is the minimum character limit of the contents?
I don't think there is one. If I'm wrong someone can correct me.
Requests usually cite the minimum and maximum word guidelines the customer wants. In case of non-requested articles, the length of the article can influence your asking price if you base it on word count.
